PASHA Real Estate Group and Marriott International have signed a multi-property agreement to develop three new hotel and residential projects in Azerbaijan and Georgia.

The deal includes a beach resort and branded residences along Bilgah Beach on the Caspian Sea, north of Baku. The Ritz-Carlton Baku, Zagulba will contain 80 guestrooms and suites, alongside dining venues, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa, a beach club and a club lounge.

The surrounding development, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku, Zagulba, will feature 282 luxury apartments and villas. Residents will have access to a clubhouse, a fitness centre, a swimming pool, a kids club, a cinema and private beach access.

In central Baku, PASHA Real Estate plans to expand its existing Ritz-Carlton site with a new residential tower. This extension will add 238 luxury homes, a lounge, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.

The agreement also introduces a 152-room Le Méridien hotel in the Chugureti district of Tbilisi, Georgia. The city centre property will include dining outlets, event spaces, a fitness centre and the Le Méridien Hub lobby space.

The new developments expand a regional partnership that already covers nine operating properties across Azerbaijan, including The Ritz-Carlton, Baku and the JW Marriott Absheron Baku.
