Minor Hotels has signed a management agreement with Trading Construction Works Organization to operate a new 310-key property in the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi. Scheduled to open its doors in 2028, Avani+ Hanoi will be located in the central Bach Mai Ward.

The signing represents the hospitality group’s first move into Vietnam’s major metropolitan area. Minor Hotels already operates four properties across the country under its Anantara and Avani brands, including resorts in Hoi An, Mui Ne and Quy Nhon, alongside the luxury train service The Vietage by Anantara.

The new hotel sits at the junction of Minh Khai and Kim Nguu Street, putting guests within a 10-minute drive of Hanoi’s Old Quarter in the Vietnamese capital. It forms part of a larger mixed-use development anchored by the new Hinode City lifestyle mall, which also includes 1,099 residential and serviced apartments.

Trading Construction Works Organization, a diversified firm active across real estate, industrial manufacturing and energy, is developing the wider complex. Facilities at the premium lifestyle property will include an indoor swimming pool with a deck, a fitness centre, meeting spaces, all-day dining and speciality restaurants.
