Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has finalised agreements with Weshah Co. and private landowners to develop four residential projects across Riyadh. The initiative focuses on the Al-Aarid and Al-Narjis neighbourhoods, marking another key step in public cooperation aimed at expanding the national housing supply and offering varied property choices.

Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tuwail, the Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing for Housing Supply and Real Estate Development, witnessed the official signing ceremony. He noted that the ministry places significant importance on enabling partnerships between landowners and real estate developers. According to ministry officials, these collaborations serve as a primary driver for increasing housing options and diversifying choices for Saudi families in key urban growth zones.

The new developments are structured to transform raw land into fully integrated residential communities.
