AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) has secured Taiwanese solar float manufacturer Suntoward Tech Philippine Inc. (Suntoward) as its newest industrial tenant.

The agreement marks Suntoward’s initial operational site in the Philippines and its first partnership with ALLHC. Under the terms of the deal, Suntoward will lease more than 3,800 square metres of gross leasable space at the ALogis Mabalacat 1 dry warehouse, situated inside Pampanga Technopark. The company has also signed a long-term lease for an 8,200 square metre industrial lot at Batangas Technopark in Padre Garcia to accommodate future expansion.

At the ALogis Mabalacat 1 site, production is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2027. Suntoward will utilise advanced blow and injection moulding processes to manufacture, fabricate and assemble high-density polyethene (HDPE) floats, support structures and mounting hardware for floating solar photovoltaic (FPV) systems. The plant will produce complete FPV setups, including floats, walkway modules and mooring components, for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors, renewable energy developers and industrial clients locally and internationally.

Both industrial parks offer strategic transport links to Metro Manila. ALogis Mabalacat 1 is located near Clark International Airport and connects via the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). Batangas Technopark connects to the capital via the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Southern Tagalog Arterial Road (STAR Tollway). The investment is expected to create local employment opportunities in both regional hubs.

Suntoward President Jack Wang said: “We are excited to establish our first operations in the Philippines through ALLHC’s facilities. This investment allows us to bring our manufacturing capabilities closer to key renewable energy projects in the region. We are confident that this partnership will help us serve our clients better while contributing to local industrial growth.”

ALLHC COO Patrick C. Avila said: “Partnering with Suntoward is a great step forward for ALLHC. Their investment in ALogis Mabalacat 1 and Batangas Technopark brings advanced clean-energy manufacturing right into our industrial hubs. We are proud to support their team as they grow their business and serve renewable energy projects across the region.”
