Lincoln Property Company, Vision Ventures and Hornets Sports & Entertainment have formed a joint venture to acquire Queen City Quarter in Uptown Charlotte. Formerly known as the EpiCentre, the 302,324-square-foot mixed-use destination covers 3.17 acres between Spectrum Center and the Charlotte Convention Center. The partnership aims to reposition the four-level retail and entertainment complex to support economic growth across Charlotte's central business district.
