Logistics Property Company, LLC has completed the acquisition of a 74-acre site at 23960 South Houbolt Road in Joliet, Illinois. Situated in the I-80 corridor near BNSF and Union Pacific intermodal hubs, the site will accommodate a 1,279,700 square foot logistics facility. Construction begins in spring 2027, expanding the firm's Midwest portfolio of 6.7 million square feet owned and under development.
