Scandic Hotels Group and Hilton have signed a multi-year development agreement to expand their footprint across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The partnership combines Hilton's international brands with Scandic's regional operational platform. Under the agreement, Scandic will operate a new 284-room Hilton property near Copenhagen Airport, set to open in 2029. Refurbishment plans are also underway for Hilton Helsinki Airport.
European urban investor Urban Partners has sold four newly constructed logistics properties near Oslo to KLP Eiendom for NOK 1.8 billion. Covering 98,000 square metres across the Vestby and Moss transport hubs, the deal is Norway’s largest logistics transaction this year. The fully let portfolio features high environmental standards and premium tenants including H&M and Schibsted.
