CTP has commenced construction on CTPark Belgrade Borča, which will become Serbia's largest industrial and logistics park at over 220,000 sqm. The developer secured a 10,000 sqm pre-let with MD International, a subsidiary of Waberer's Group. Located 10 km from central Belgrade, the 40-hectare site offers potential for 15 buildings alongside new property formats designed for businesses of varying scales across the region.
