Douglas Elliman Inc., one of the largest residential brokerages in the United States, has announced the upcoming launch of Elli AI, an artificial intelligence assistant designed to support the firm’s 6,600 agents.
The app will first be introduced in Florida later this month before being rolled out nationwide across all of Douglas Elliman’s markets. According to the company, Elli AI is aimed at streamlining tasks and improving efficiency for agents by cutting down on time spent on manual searches and repetitive processes.
Michael S. Liebowitz, President and CEO of Douglas Elliman Inc., and Jay Phillip Parker, CEO of Brokerage for Florida and President of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Florida, said in a joint statement: “Elli AI is part of a larger AI vision that will transform how we work, connect, and serve our clients.”
The company confirmed it will preview Elli AI’s features to agents in the coming weeks ahead of the official launch. Executives said the initiative reflects a significant investment in technology while reinforcing the firm’s commitment to client service.
Liebowitz and Parker added: “We’re investing heavily in this transformation because we believe it will define the future of real estate. But while this technology is always evolving, one thing remains constant: real estate is, and always will be, a people business.”
