Construction has commenced on the 299-hectare Ba Vi Safari Park in Hanoi, developed by Sun Group with an investment of over 6,500 billion VND. Situated outside Ba Vi National Park, the eco-tourism project targets six million annual visitors upon completion. Designed by PGAV Destinations, the park will feature animal rehabilitation, research facilities and entertainment zones, while generating hundreds of local construction and operational jobs in western Hanoi.
Nakheel has awarded a marine and beach works contract to Mar Marine & Building Contracting L.L.C. for Island B at Dubai Islands. The project will upgrade 3km of the western coastline and create 320 metres of new beach frontage. Scheduled for completion by Q4 2027, the works support the ongoing development of the Bay Villas community.
2Life Communities has appointed Lizbeth Heyer as President and Saul and Gitta Kurlat as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Amy Schectman. UAE developer Arada has expanded Australian tier-one contractor Roberts Co into the Middle East to strengthen its internal building operations. Integrated under the Arada Industries vertical, Roberts Co will embed construction expertise directly into early design stages across residential and social infrastructure projects. Its initial contract in the region will be Phase 2 of the Arada Central Business District within the AED35 billion Aljada project in Sharjah.

The assembly system eliminates internal load-bearing columns to support the company’s Next Home spatial layout while achieving high-level seismic resistance. By using engineered steel brackets and bolts, the dry joint method speeds up on-site construction and strengthens structural safety for high-rise residential developments.

Following Procore’s acquisition of DroneDeploy, the software enables field teams to turn mobile device and 360-camera captures into measurable 3D site records. Ground Pro introduces features including Interior Maps, Mobile 3D Scanning and 3D Measure & Navigation to improve jobsite documentation and workflow planning.
