The scheme features two eight-storey buildings comprising 109 rental apartments and 5,400 square metres of lettable area alongside parking facilities. Structured as a forward funding agreement, construction will begin in early 2027, with completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2028.
Scandic Hotels Group and Hilton have signed a multi-year development agreement to expand their footprint across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The partnership combines Hilton's international brands with Scandic's regional operational platform. Under the agreement, Scandic will operate a new 284-room Hilton property near Copenhagen Airport, set to open in 2029. Refurbishment plans are also underway for Hilton Helsinki Airport.
