The collaboration will focus on converting institutional-grade real estate into digital tokens. First Data will act as the commercial lead and primary market operator, while BKN301 provides operational and banking integration support. The project supports Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives by increasing liquidity and broadening property investment access.

The Real-Time Operations Center integrates live data from onshore and offshore assets into a centralised environment. Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) and the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing up to $15 billion in long-term export credit. Brookfield and Bloom Energy have expanded their power partnership for AI infrastructure to $25 billion, a fivefold increase since October 2025. Funded through Brookfield’s $100 billion AI Infrastructure Fund, the global initiative will scale Bloom's onsite fuel cell platform. The collaboration aims to deliver integrated power and compute solutions for hyperscalers and data centres.
