Al Khozama Investment Company, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading luxury real estate developers, has selected Yardi to oversee its commercial property portfolio, including Riyadh’s landmark Al Faisaliah Tower. The move highlights Al Khozama’s focus on adopting digital solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and tenant experience.
The partnership will see Al Khozama implement Yardi’s Commercial Suite of products, a cloud-based platform designed to streamline financial operations, improve transparency, and simplify lease management. According to the company, the software’s integrated deal management and advanced forecasting capabilities will support data-driven decision-making and long-term strategic planning.
This collaboration is closely aligned with the Kingdom’s digital transformation agenda under Saudi Vision 2030, reflecting Al Khozama’s commitment to innovation in the property sector.
